Process Automation. It is not as easy as your think - Experiences of implementation automation from the front line

Process automation is a growing area with technology and it offers massive benefits to business and the economy.  This covers efficiency savings, improved processing, higher accuracy plus many other benefits.

 

However (like many technology and change projects) it has a poor record of implementation which means it does not provide the business benefits hoped for.   A poorly implemented project could cause more problems than it solves.

 

Therefore, during this presentation, Paul will dig deeper into Process Automation and explore the following themes:
