Brain metastases are the most common intracranial tumors in adults. While brain metastases from renal cell carcinoma (RCC) are less common, intraventricular localization is particularly rare. Here, we report the case of a 51-year-old patient diagnosed with a renal tumor in 2010 and who underwent nephrectomy. He presented with frontal syndrome secondary to a left frontal intraventricular lesion. He underwent surgery for complete excision of this tumor. Histopathological examinations revealed a metastasis of clear cell renal cell carcinoma. He underwent 3 sessions of radiosurgery. At 6 months of follow-up, he described significant clinical improvement.
