Mohammad Rabbani Khorasgani and Setare Pedram

The powerful and growing progression of biotechnology, overshadows the various aspects of human and other organism life, so bioethics becomes more important in biotechnology. In this regard, two categories of principles should be considered: General principles of bioethics: The right to life, justice, consent (free will or independence), non- malfeasance, beneficence, dignity (human privacy rights, avoiding of commercial approach against human health, moral principles such as shame and chastity and respect for people's beliefs), consciousness, scientific knowledge exchange and non-contradiction with Sharia regulations, avoiding secret research and and etc. Special issues: Ethical permission for biotechnological interventions, denial of unlimited biotechnological interventions, denying the abuse of biotechnology, respect for the natural life system, the right goal together the right tool and necessary to reassurance (not suspicion) in biotechnological intervention. It is recommended to continuing depth research to get beneficial use of Islamic considerations in the field of bioethics to get optimal use of biotechnology in human life.
