Oral hygiene is the repetition of keeping one's mouth fresh and free of disease and other problems (e.g. bad breath) by frequent brushing and cleaning of the teeth. It is primarily that oral cleansing must be done on a daily basis to allow avoidance of dental disease and bad smell.
