Mechanism of Action of First-Line Anti Tubercular Medicines That Cause Adverse Drug Reactions

The signs and symptoms of anti-tubercular medication-related adverse drug reactions in tuberculosis patients is crucial, as they can lead to morbidity and mortality if not detected early. The goal of this study was to evaluate the mechanisms causing adverse medication responses caused by Revised National Tuberculosis Control Program combined anti-tuberculosis therapy. Tuberculosis is a granulomatous, possibly infectious, chronic disease that is a serious public health concern in underdeveloped nations. Mycobacterium tuberculosis is one of the world's deadliest illnesses, infecting one-fourth of the world's population
